The limited-edition Li-Ning Way of Wade 10 "AAPE 10th Anniversary" is a special collaborative sneaker that celebrates a decade of Dwyane Wade's signature shoe line. The shoe features a distinctive greyscale design inspired by the streetwear label AAPE by A Bathing Ape.

Release and design

Release date: The "AAPE 10th Anniversary" colorway was released on December 26, 2022.

Colorway and pattern: The shoe has a greyscale upper composed of knit textile and translucent mesh. It features a tonal camouflage pattern, dynamic lightning bolt graphics, and a metallic silver finish on the TPU cage that wraps the shoe.

Co-branding: The collaboration is highlighted with specific branding:

"AAPE by A BATHING APE" is inscribed on the lateral eyestay.

The Ape Face logo is prominently featured on the tongue.

Performance technology

The special edition maintains the high-performance features of the standard Way of Wade 10 model:

Cushioning: A full-length BOOM midsole provides exceptional cushioning and energy return.

Support and stability: The midsole is supported by a carbon fiber plate, which adds stability and propulsion. Lateral TPU stabilizers also help keep the foot securely on the footbed during hard cuts and stops.

Traction: The sneaker is finished with a translucent rubber outsole for grip on the court.
