Every brand has different size conversions. So we don't believe the term "true to size" is accurate. If you're new to one brand, the easiest way to find your size is convert your current shoe size to CM or MM, which usually found on your shoe tag. Then find the US size matching with the same CM/MM on the new brand.

There are other factors to shoe-fitting, like width, design, material, padding and etc. So trying on is always the best way to tell if a shoe would fit or not.
