Kicksology.ca is Canada’s premier basketball performance footwear store and, as of 2024, the first and only retailer in the country to feature emerging brands like Li-Ning, Way of Wade, Anta, and The Kai. We are specialized in basketball, offering top-tier performance footwear designed to enhance, protect, and elevate the game for players of all levels.

We source our products directly from every brand's retail chain. Giving us the best possible price to support our local market. Sometimes we accept consignment products, as long as they are within our product scope and conditions.

All of our products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Most of the products we sell contain original authentication tags embed.

We'd always try to stock the latest and best performance footwear selections, but we'd also need to monitor the market trends and demands about styles and brands. We'd evaluate the performance and style of all new products from the emerging brands and try to bring the best and latest to the market in a reasonable pricing.

Partial of the products we carry are rare to find, or limited edition releases. These are a small portion of our selections and are meant for sneaker collections. These are not affecting our goal of providing reasonable pricing on best performance basketball footwear.

No. We don't position our store as a fashion store, and we believe all players should be treated equally and fairly. So we don't charge size premiums.

As the only store in Canada carrying some of the best emerging brands, we don't usually have sale events. Sometimes we have pop-up sales or holiday sales. For all the latest events and news, please follow our Instagram page for updates.

Every brand has different size conversions. So we don't believe the term "true to size" is accurate. If you're new to one brand, the easiest way to find your size is convert your current shoe size to CM or MM, which usually found on your shoe tag. Then find the US size matching with the same CM/MM on the new brand.

There are other factors to shoe-fitting, like width, design, material, padding and etc. So trying on is always the best way to tell if a shoe would fit or not.

Our customers can choose regular or expedited services from Canada Post or UPS as shipping method. Shipping cost will be applied at the point of check out. For Canada Post, shipping fee will be quote from Canada Post directly, with our commercial discount. Or you can choose our flat-rate UPS Expedited service for $50 (1 pair per order). We offer 2-weeks return policy for all orders, unless stated FINAL SALE.

Please note: all returned products need to be in brand new and resell-able condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Indoor fitting is allowed.

We offer special order services, and here's how it works:

1-We find the shoes through our sources in the right size, confirm a total price with you, include global shipping and duty.

2-You’d send full deposit to us via a special order link, and we’ll order the shoes within 24 hours.

3-it usually takes about 2 weeks to get here, sometime 3 weeks depending on global shipping schedule. Then we can arrange for pick up or domestic shipping/delivery.
